Name: Apollo 13
Manufactured: 1995, Sega
Purchased: 2000, Indy Amusements, $1800
Sold:

2005, to a private collector in Indiana

Included: Manual, one set of keys; partial replacement ring set
Condition:

Good. All plastics intact; side art in excellent condition.

Flaws include:

  • Multiball post does not come up. It has never worked for us, but we think that the post is supposed to come up during 13-ball multiball to help keep the balls on the playing field longer.
  • Small scratches on inside of cabinet.
  • Paint chips on coinbox.
  • One part inside overheats, so a small fan has been mounted to counteract this. Will need repair by a professional to keep on all the time.

Great pin. Really fun 13-ball multiball. Sound effects include vocals from the cast of the movie "Apollo 13." With a miniature moon and rocket, it's perfect for a NASA fan.
