	Wednesday, August 1, 2012: We started our adventure by driving to Chicago for the evening.
	We got to enjoy some classic Chicago traffic as we headed to Millennium Park. This group of Segway-riding tourists was making better time than us.
	Here's a cool building we admired while we inched along.
	We parked in an underground garage and walked the last few blocks, passing the Art Institute of Chicago with its Roy Liechtenstein exhibit.
	We arrived at Millennium Park and found the Crown Fountain, a fantastic fountain/light display.
	Little kids were having fun splashing in the shallow water while we were mesmerized by the changing faces on the display.
	This is what we came to see: the amazing Cloud Gate sculpture, also known as The Bean.
	It's a shiny, reflective wonder and we were there.
	So was Jill.
	As cool as it is on the outside, that's nothing compared to the underside. This is the view looking straight up.
	The view's even better with Tom and Jill in the shot.
	We wandered from there through the Lurie Garden, ...
	... as the lights of downtown Chicago started to come on at dusk.
	The Crown Fountain was fully lit by now. We headed out to our hotel by the airport because we had a big day ahead of us. Day 2 >
